Inspection Support

Having the ability to see a preview of the inspection report can help you visualize the design and final version of the report that the client will receive, but more importantly it can help you verify the quality of the report. 

By now you already know how to find the Web Report Writer option in ISN. Once you access this feature please select the option "Report Preview"

After you select that option, you will see the following screen:

Full Report: This option will help you review the entire report content. All categories and items in the same order as the template.

Summary: This button will display the items that are associated to a Rating.

Media: Here you will see all the multi-media added in the report.

PDF: This option will help you visualize the report as a PDF exactly how your client would download it.

Attachments: You can use this option to see all the additional attachments that were uploaded in the mobile report writer or web report writer.

Share Report: You can send the report directly to an email address.

Contact Us: Your clients will have a built in feature to contact you.

Build Request List: Building a Repair Request List can be a useful feature for clients and agents. They can build a list of items that need to be repaired. Those items will be found in your inspection report.

Download PDF: To download the inspection report in a PDF format.

Print This View: A shortcut to easily print an PDF file after downloading it into your PC.

General Order Information: All the relevant details of the inspection as it is submitted in the Mobile ISN App and Web ISN App.
