The 'Details' tab provides you with the capability to include customized information relevant to this section of the report. For instance, if the item pertains to an appliance, within the details section, you can input details such as voltage, manufacturer, location, additional information, and more.
Now, let's go through the process of adding or editing these details. To begin, you'll need to choose the category where you intend to commence your work.
In this illustrative example, we have opted for the category labeled 'Electrical.
After you select the category you'll see all the items that belong in that category.
The details can be accessed in 2 different ways:
Use the shortcut by clicking the white search box
Access the default detail tab by clicking the arrow icon.
Both ways will take you to the following screen:
Within this section, you'll notice the 'Details' option positioned near the top of the screen. You have the choice to either select one of the pre-configured options or click 'Add new' to introduce an entirely new description.
Directly below this button, you'll find the option to upload multimedia, including pictures or videos.
The 'Location' field allows you to specify where on the property the item is situated.
You can utilize the 'Information' button to include any additional pertinent details about the item.
Lastly, the 'Nameplate' button offers an opportunity to append further data to your item, enhancing its description.
