The 'Comments' tab serves the purpose of detailing the overall condition of the inspected item. This section comprises pre-written text, often referred to as narratives, which are readily available in the template. However, it's worth noting that you can also personalize your own narratives. Additionally, within the 'Comments' tab, you'll find an option to incorporate an image that will be presented in the report alongside the details picture.

Now, let's delve into the process of constructing your inspection report. Initially, you'll need to designate the category from which you wish to commence your work.

In this particular example, we have chosen the category labeled 'Electrical.

Once you select one of the categories you will see all the items that belong in that category:

The items within each category can be tailored to align with your specific business needs. They are equipped with pre-written text that you can customize to your preferences using the template editor within ISN.

This functionality empowers you to effortlessly choose the comment that most accurately characterizes the property's condition. Alternatively, you have the flexibility to manually input your own language during the inspection process.

To initiate the process, simply identify the item where you intend to commence your work, and click on the 'chat bubble' icon:

Once you click the comment icon, you will see the following screen:

  • The 'General Inspection' comment is a pre-written entry. You have the option to include this comment by merely checking the box, or you can create entirely new comments by clicking on the 'Comment' button located at the bottom.

  • Beneath 'General Inspection,' you'll find a button enabling you to include multimedia content, such as photos or videos.

  • The 'Location' field serves to specify the precise location of the item within the property.

  • Ratings function akin to filters, facilitating the organization and presentation of comments with identical rating descriptions in the report summary.
