You will need to download and install the ISN app on your mobile device. The app is available via both Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads.

Finding the Order
After you've downloaded and installed the application, the next step is to locate the order you'll be working on. You can do this either directly through the Calendar feature or the Inspections feature.
Finding the Order Using the Calendar
First, you will need to find the Calendar Icon in the main ISN app menu
Once you open the calendar you will have to select the inspection order event that you want to edit using the report writer
Click on the Open Inspection button to start editing this inspection

Another method to locate the order you'll be working on is by utilizing the inspections feature. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find a button that provides access to the inspections scheduled in ISN and assigned to you. Simply click on one of them to directly access the order.
As evident, the report writer constitutes an integrated feature accessible within the ISN mobile app. This functionality empowers you to generate personalized reports that can be readily shared with your clients.
