The report template is a versatile tool that can be utilized in multiple ways. For instance, it can be customized to suit a particular type of inspection, such as a home inspection, or a commercial property inspection. On the other hand, you also have the option of creating a completely custom template, complete with pre-defined comments that can be easily modified to suit any inspection type. This allows for a seamless inspection process that can save you time and effort, as you can quickly select relevant categories and items for each inspection.

After opening the order in the report writer, you will be asked to choose from a list of templates. This list includes report templates that have been added by default or that have been previously created.

After choosing the template, tap on continue to go to the Inspection Overview Page and start building the report!

If you find the need to change the template after you've already selected a different one, you can switch it using both the mobile app and the web app.

On the main page, which displays all categories, you'll see a three-dot icon on the right-hand side of the screen. This will show two options: 'Add Template' and 'Remote Template'. Be sure to add the new template first and then remove the template you no longer want to keep.

On the web report writer, you can find the title of the current template in use, click on it, and that will activate a three-dot icon on the right-hand side.

Click on it and choose 'Add Template' to include a second template in the order. Afterward, you can remove the initial template, leaving you with just the new one that you added.

Regarding the Mobile Report Writer, the three-dot icon will appear on the main page of the mobile app, where you can view the listed categories. Make sure to follow the same steps on the mobile app too.
