Can we customize the main template?

Certainly, the main template is fully customizable, and you have the option to create new templates as needed.

Are template adjustments saved for future inspections?

No, with each new order creation, the system will automatically implement the template as configured in ISN.

Are descriptions and comments saved in the template for subsequent inspections?

Comments are retained within the report template itself unless they are directly added to the ISN template.

Why is the summary section empty, and how can I add information there?

The summary section exclusively displays items listed with a rating that has been pre-configured for inclusion in the summary.

If I make adjustments to my inspection report through the app, how soon can I see those adjustments on the online report page?

Changes made to the inspection report are instantly applied and visible on the online platform. (Internet Connection Required)

Can more than one inspector collaborate on the report simultaneously?

Yes, anyone designated as a primary or secondary inspector will have access to collaborate on the report.

Is there a way to preview the report before publishing it?

Certainly, you can open the mobile or web report writer and click the 'Preview' button to obtain a quick overview of the report on the online page and in PDF format before it's published to ISN.

Can we generate two separate reports within the same order?

It is not possible to produce two distinct reports within a single order. However, you can select multiple templates within the same report.

What happens if the order in ISN already has a report file uploaded?

ISN RW will still transmit the report URL to the order."

Is it possible to change the chosen template after it has been selected?

Absolutely! You can switch the template in an order using both the mobile app and the web app. On the main page, which displays all categories, you'll see a three-dot icon on the right-hand side of the screen. This will show two options: 'Add Template' and 'Remote Template'. Be sure to add the new template first and then remove the template you no longer want to keep.

Can the Mobile Report Writer function without an internet connection?

Yes, the mobile report writer functions offline. The app will sync up once it catches a solid internet connection, and any tweaks you made while the app was offline will get synced as soon as an internet connection is detected. You'll notice a green indicator at the top center of the mobile app showing that it's syncing.
