Editing an Order

To edit an existing order we will need to navigate to our scheduled inspections and view the order. This is done by selecting Inspections→ Scheduled Inspections. From here select the “i” icon next to the order in question.

When viewing the order select the Edit button at the top of the order to navigate to the order edit page.

Editing/Removing a Client or Agent in an Existing Order

A common mistake made in ISN happens when editing a Client or Agent within an existing order. Whenever a change is made to an order's Client or Agents information (Name, Address, Phone Number, etc) that change is recorded in the Client or Agents profile.

This change will then affect other orders using the same Client or Agent.

The correct way to change or remove a client or agent from an existing order is to navigate to Edit page of an order and select the No Client for This Inspection, or No Buyer’s/Seller’s Agent button

The button pictured above will remove the client from the order allowing us to add a new Agent to the Order

Please Note: That if, instead of removing the Agent, we erased the Agents information and put in new info this would update their profile, and in turn update all orders using that profile to reflect the new information.
