How to Sign an Inspection Agreement and Pay Online

In this article, we will give you the steps your clients have to follow to be able to sign your agreement and pay online thru ISN.

How to sign your inspection agreement online

Step 1: Open the link sent by the inspection company.

Your inspection company will send you an email containing the link that will allow you to sign your inspection agreement, usually something similar to this:

Step 2: Click on the link or hyperlink indicated in the email.

Note: The email you will receive may also contain the payment link, or this could be sent separately as well.

Step 3: The next page you will see is where you can start the agreement signing process by clicking on the check box next to the statement "I certify that I am __________ or I am able to execute legal documents o behalf of ________".

After checking that box please click on “Agree and Continue” to be able to access your inspection agreement.

Step 4: After selecting the option “Agree and Continue” please select the option “Read & Sign” that will appear next.

Now that you have selected the option “Read & sign”, you can proceed to read your agreement.

Step 5: And by scrolling all the way down the page you will see the options “Please type your initials here” and “Please sign here”.

You can sign on your computer, iPhone, Android-based Phone, iPad, Android Tablets, and many more. Please use your mouse or finger accordingly to apply your signature. Your signature may not look exactly like it would if you were signing on paper with a pen, however, it is still legally binding.

If you wish to try again after applying your signature once, you can do so by clicking on the option “Clear” to delete your first draft and try again.

Step 6: After adding your initials and signing your agreement, please select the option “Accept” to complete the process.

Note: If your agreement requires you to fill in more than one initials field, you will see them spread out throughout the agreement content and if you missed one, the agreement signing page will indicate so when you click “Accept”, allowing you to add them before completing the process.

Step 7: Once you have successfully signed your agreement, you will see the following confirmation section and the option to click on “Download” to save a copy of your agreement.

Congratulations you have successfully signed your inspection agreement!


How to pay your inspection online

After booking your inspection, an email with the payment link will be sent to you and it will look something like this:

Click on the payment link or hyperlink indicated in your payment email.

After clicking on the payment you will see this page:

Start entering your:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email address (Your email address may autofill)

  • Card number

  • Expiration Month

  • Expiration year

  • Card CVV

  • Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country.

Once you have filled all of the fields with your information, please click on “Submit Payment” to complete your payment.
