If you are using the Services/Additional Services feature to set up your ISN and would like to run a data report to display what Services were included in each order, here are the steps on how to achieve that.

First, you'll have to open the new business reporting interface, simply by going to Reports --> My Reports:

Above the list of all the reports, you'll see a yellow banner that says "Revised reporting experience is here, start using available reports now!", click on the blue "reports" link:

You are now in the new reporting section!

Now, to open and download the report that will display the Services column, go to the Inspection reports and click on Inspections:

Apply the desired filters (the report will automatically update)

And finally, if you go to the last column you'll see the Services listed for each inspection:

You can save the report as a favorite, print it, or download it from the same page.


If you want to switch back to the previous report page, locate the yellow banner saying "No ready yet?..." and click on the "switch back" link:

NOTE: This report will not include Services that were created as Custom Controls in your system, only the Services created on the Services & Packages settings.
