First, let's start by entering a schedule note for a user.
Navigate to Admin -- User Administration.
Find the user you want to add notes to and go to Actions -- Edit.
Scroll down until you find the 'Schedule Notes' section and enter your note. Be sure to SAVE!
Now that a schedule note is added, let's look at where this will be seen.
Currently, these notes are visible on the 'Scheduling Calendar' only. If you use a different calendar view, please see this help article on how to switch to the scheduling calendar.
Once the scheduling calendar is your default calendar, navigate to Calendar -- View Calendar.
You'll immediately be able to see which users have notes by this icon.
If you click on this icon, you'll be shown the schedule note!
