When an order is scheduled in your ISN from the Order Form or the Online Scheduler you may have some Services that were not requested for the inspection. If you have a big list of Services, when looking at the Order View it can become overwhelming to find out which Services were actually selected for the inspection.

Let's take a look at the example below, there are only four Services selected, in a quick look, can you determine which ones they are?

In the Office Settings, we have the option to display only the Services that are selected for the inspection to quickly identify them in the Order View.

This setting is located in the next path: Settings --> Office Settings --> What we see on the ISN --> Inspection View Options:

Once in the Inspection Viewing Options, locate the checkbox named "Hide Services that are not selected" and check it to enable the feature:

Remember to click on Save to apply the changes:

Now, let's take go back to the Order View and find out what the Services section looks like:
