If you are looking for an option to add a date for a specific event on the Order Form, or for the client to select when scheduling online, use the Date Picker Control.
This Control is self-explanatory, you click on the field and a small calendar will pop up for you to select a date.
NOTE: This Control will not save the date in your calendar, as it is just a reference date field, however, we do have the Control to Create Appointments Within an Order.
Having a previous information in mind, we'll share a few examples of when the Day Picker Control can be used:
If you want the Client to define an inspection alternative date.
βAny kind of tentative date, such as a tentative date for a third-party service. Once the client/agent have confirmed the inspection, you can use the Appointments Control to schedule it in your ISN calendar.
βTo specify when the Marketing team contacted the Agent or the Client to sell the inspection.
β
In the end, you can add this Control for whatever your needs are.
When setting up the Control, you will see the following options:
1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form
2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)
3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN
4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls
5.- This field is to name the Control in the Order Form
6.- This field is to define how the control is named on the Online scheduler
Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.
You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:
This is how the Day Picker Control will appear on the Order Form and within the Online Scheduler:
