When scheduling a new order, it's very important to make sure the property's foundation is specified as this could imply a price change, different equipment, and may affect the inspection duration. In ISN, we have added the Foundation Type Control by default for you to use from your first order.

You can Add Additional Foundation Types if they aren't setup yet.

In the event you would like to change the Foundation Type Control position on your Order Form, or accidentally delete it, you can follow the steps of this article to know how to Add Controls to the Order Form.

These are the Foundation Type Control settings that you have to setup before adding it to the Order Form Sections:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

5.- This field is to name the Control in the Order Form

6.- This field is to define how the control is named on the Online scheduler

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

After saving the Foundation Type Control, if you open the order form and search for the new control, you will find this dropdown menu:

The Foundation Type Control is also enabled in the Online Scheduler by default, this will allow the client to select the right one and have it included in the order details.

To view this Control in the Online Scheduler, go to the Settings --> Office Settings --> Online Scheduler V3. Be sure to scroll down to the Order Form Controls and make sure that it is enabled.
