If you constantly work with the Order Form to review the inspection details and would like to have the Report Number on sight to avoid going back to the Inspection Grid or the Order View, you can add the Report Number Control to be displayed in your Order Form for every inspection.

When Adding the Control to the Order Form, and selecting the Report Number Type, you will see a screen like this to set up the new control:

1.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

2.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

3.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

4.- This field is to name the Control in the Order Form

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

Wherever you position the Report Number Control in your Order Form, it will look like this:
