How to add an Insurance Company Control to your Order Form.

In the event that you have to be in contact with insurance companies during the inspection and sale process or for marketing purposes, you can add their information in ISN by setting up the Insurance Company Control.

First, you will have to create the Control. Click here to know how to Add Controls to the Order Form.

These are the Insurance Company Control settings that you have to set up before adding it to the Order Form Sections:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

Once you are back in the Order Form and locate the Control, which will look like this:

If you previously have added an Insurance Company and would like to include it in a new order, you can use the search bar to locate it. Or, if it's a new company in your ISN, you can click on Create New Insurance Company and it will open all the contact information fields:

This Control has its own report from where you can retrieve the data of which Agency was the most involved in the past three months. To open that report go to Reports --> Insurance --> Top Insurance Agencies:
