ISN not only allows you to store the Escrow Officer's contact information, but we also have the Escrow Fields Control to keep track of extra information from that third party.

First, you will have to create the Control. Click here to know how to Add Controls to the Order Form.

These Escrow Control settings will need to be set up before adding fields to the Order Form Sections:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

The Escrow Control will look like this in the Order Form:

The Bill to Escrow checkbox is to confirm if the Escrow Agency/Agent will be the one in charge of paying the inspection. The Escrow Number field is to fill in the identifying number the escrow company assigned to the real estate transaction. And finally, you will have the Closing Date calendar field from where you can select the specific day when this process will conclude.
