It's important to know the year when the inspection property was built, that's why the Year Built Control is set by default in your ISN. It's a field that you can use to enter the construction year, which will automatically calculate the years that have passed.

If you would like to change its location to personalize your Order Form or restore it if the control was removed by accident, you can start by Adding the Control to the Order Form and select the Year Built in the Control Type dropdown menu.

These are the Year Built settings that you have to set up before adding it to the Order Form Sections:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

5.- This field is to name the control on the Order Form

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

There's no need to do any math, the system will automatically calculate the years that have passed since the construction was completed. You can actually add a fee calculator from the property age in your Office Settings.

On the Online Scheduler, the client will also be able to add the year built:

This Control is also visible within the Online Scheduler by default, but if you would like to have it disabled, open the OS settings (Settings, Office Settings, Online Scheduler V3 Settings), then navigate to the Order Form Controls section:
