How to add an Alarm Code to your Order Form

Some properties have extra security to access such as an alarm system, so you will need to have the code to securely deactivate it the day of the inspection. That's why we created this control and have it saved within the Order..

This field is added by default in your ISN, but if for any reason you would like to change its location or restore the control if it was accidentally removed, first you will have to know how to Add Controls to the Order Form.

These are the Alarm and Alarm Control settings that you have to set up before adding it to the Order Form Sections:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

When enabling this Control in your Order Form, it will display a checkbox, once you select it you can enter the Alarm Code:
