This article explains how the Subject Property Address Control works.

The Subject Property Address Control will allow the scheduler to fill in the property address for the inspection in your Order Form.

One of the greatest features of this Control is that it will show the map of the address location and the distance from the inspector's location to the inspection location (this can be changed under Settings--Office settings--Inspection and fee settings--Fees per mile).

If for some reason you accidentally delete the tab and/or the Control, or want to customize your order form in a different way than it is currently set up, take a look at this article on Adding Controls to the Order Form.

These are the Inspector List settings that you have to set up before adding it to the Order Form Sections:

1.- It is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- How would you like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, you can use Inspector List, it's pretty straightforward

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

This is how it will look in your Order Form:

You will see three buttons at the bottom of the address, you can view the property on Buildfax and/or Zillow just by clicking on the button (Zillow has become more protective with their data, so this may no longer be available) The third button is to "refresh" the map if any change is made in the address field.

On the right side of the address fields, you will see a Map that will point to the exact location of the Inspection address, you can use the Use Validated Address to confirm the inspection location:

Underneath that first block, you will see two maps. The map on the left side will show the map route to the Inspection from the Inspectors location which can be your office location, the Inspector's home, or the previous inspection.

The map on the right side will show the route from the inspection location to the next inspection or your Office or the Inspector's house.

Both maps will display the miles and the estimated time of arrival.

Remember to add this Control only once in your Order Form or else you will have the same data in different sections and might cause some confusion internally
