This article explains how the Marketed By Control works and some of its features.

The Marketed By Control is a very useful tool when an Inspection Company has constant marketing initiatives. This feature will help to keep track of who was the marketing representative/user that was involved during the service promotion and closed the sale.
These are the Marketed By settings that you have to set up before adding it to the Order Form Sections:
1.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)
2.- How would you like to name the Control in your ISN
3.- Short description of this new Control
Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.
You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

According to the picture, there are two people that are part of the Marketing Staff. These profiles were previously assigned to the users in the User Administration section.
To add or remove the Marketing Staff profile go to Admin --> User Administration
Search for the user, go to the Actions button, and select Edit:
Now, scroll down to the Privileges section and check the option named Marketing System Access:
Once you are done, click on Save changes.
NOTE: That check box will not only display the user in the Marketed By Control, the user will also have access to the Agency Relationship Manager (ARM)
After adding the privilege, you will Identify the Marketing Staff by the label with the same name:
If you would like to run a report to see who was the marketing user involved in each order, you can run a Custom Report and select the control to be added as a column in the report preview and file.
