If you ever need to enter an electronic payment into your ISN order (such as Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, Crypto, etc...) you are now able to do so!
First, let's navigate to our grid. Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections.
Then, go to Actions -- Payments.
Now, be sure to select OTHER, then ELECTRONIC.
Then, in the "Payment Notes", you can enter which type of electronic payment you are collecting. PayPal, in this example.
Be sure the payment amount is entered as well, then you can select ADD PAYMENT.
You will then receive a confirmation message that the payment has been entered.
Now that the payment is entered, this is how it's displayed on the payments page.
It is also logged in your order's notes.
ISN will consider this information when running financial reports so you can separate your electronic payments from other payment types.
