There are times you must schedule an appointment from within an order, such as setting a time and date for your Sewer Scope inspector to attend, or if you would like to set up a Consultation appointment before the inspection. This can be accomplished by adding Appointments to your Order Form!

Here are the steps:

1. Setting it up:

First, navigate to Settings > Office Settings > Customize Order Form

Within your Control Settings, click on the +Add Control button found on the upper left side to create the tab title you will see in your Order Form

Give it a name and click Save!

Once added, you will find it at the bottom of your Control list, click Controls

Note: You can always re-arrange your controls tabs by clicking & holding the three greyed-out lines on the far left, up or down)

Then, click on + Add a Control found on the upper left side, then click the Type drop-down and select Appointments. Be sure to select Update Control!

Now you have successfully added the Appointments control to your order form! YAY!

2. How to use it

When creating a new order, you'll find the tab for Appointments that you have just created and click on +Add Appointment!

Now, this is the fun part! Creating the Appointment!

We have created three drop-down appointment options (Sewer, Consultation, and Other). Select the Appointment type, who will be responsible, date & time, view the responsible person's calendar availability, and any note you require! It is important to note, the drop-down appointment options are not able to be changed or added.

Don't forget to Save!

All Appointments will connect and display on the Calendar events and on the Order View.
