Question: ISN has not changed prices in 20 years. Why is this happening now?

Answer: For the past 20 years, we have made it our mission to provide incredible software to home inspectors. This new pricing structure will allow us to scale our team to reflect the evolving needs of our customers.

Question: What are some of the new benefits I can expect with this new pricing structure?

Answer: We have some exciting things coming, such as weekend support, and the official ISN mobile app. More information about these new benefits and more coming in August!

Question: Will pricing for Premium SMS also be changing?

Answer: No, those will remain the same for all retail customers.

Porch Gold Perk: Premium SMS will now cost only $5 ($15 retail)

Question: Will billing still work the same?

Answer: Yes! Invoices will still be automatically populated on the 1st of every month in your ISN and can be viewed at any time by navigating to Admin->ISN Invoices and Credit Card Info, any payments will be automatically run on the 10th of every month.

As a reminder, you will be billed for any unscheduled inspections once they are 60 days old, so be sure to delete any unused unscheduled inspections before then to avoid being charged.

Question: I’d like to update my pricing to offset the updated per inspection fees, how can I do that?

Question: Will there still be a monthly minimum?

Answer: Yes, however the monthly minimum has been reduced to $10 VS $20. This means that you now only need to perform 2 inspections per month in order to avoid the minimum usage charge!

Porch Gold Perk: Porch will be covering monthly minimums for all Gold users!

Question: I am a Porch Gold user, will my pricing be affected?

Answer: As a Porch Gold user, you will still receive all of the great benefits from Porch, including the option to have Porch cover all ISN fees for all inspections you submit to Porch.

If you are unsure if you have this benefit selected, simply navigate to

Settings->Office Settings->working with other applications->

and click on the “Porch” button.
