Go to https://myaccount.google.com and log in with the email address you want to enable the App Passwords to.

On the left side of the screen, click on Security:

Next, click on 2-Step Verification:

You'll then see the following screen. Click on GET STARTED:

You may be prompted to log in again:

Enter your phone number and click on NEXT:

You'll receive a text message on your phone. Enter the code here without the leading G and then click on NEXT:

Finally, you'll be asked if you want to TURN ON the 2-Step Verification.

Of course, we want to click on TURN ON:

Back on the Security page, we should see the 2-Step Verification enable:
