To set up how you will be notified when someone upgrades your services or inspection types, please navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Inspection Type Upgrades

Choose to be notified via Email and/or SMS

These notification settings will apply for both, inspection type upgrades and service upgrades.
