To give a user within your ISN access to sending SMS messages, the system requires the user to have specific privileges on their profile.

For access to 'Texting Inspectors' the user would need the 'Account Enabled' permission located in their Privileges section.

Navigate to Admin > User Administration > Locate the User's Profile > Actions > Edit and go to the Privileges section:

To extend the user the access to 'View/Send Messages' as well as Texting Inspectors the 'Office Administrator' permission needs to be selected as well.

For access to All SMS functions, your user would need the 'Owner Access' permission added to their list of privileges.
