If you are ever concerned with clients or agents scheduling an inspection that is too far away or would impact the drive time between your inspections, we have a great tool to eliminate that worry!

The first step is entering your OS settings.

Settings -- Office Settings -- Online Scheduler -- Online Scheduler V3 Settings

Next, under "Appointment Settings" we will be focusing on this area:

You can toggle this feature on and off using the green slider button. The current status in this image is "On".

You are able to set:

"Max Radius" (The maximum distance you are willing to drive for an inspection.)
"Max Next Inspection" (The maximum distance you are willing to drive from one inspection to the next.)

If this feature is turned on and a client or agent attempts to schedule an inspection outside of your service radius or allowable distance between inspections they will receive this error in the scheduler:

The order will also appear as an "Unscheduled Inspection" in your ISN with this message in the order notes:
