When configuring your online scheduler in ISN, you may have items you want asked that pull from your settings however you may also want that particular question hidden from your in office order form.
This will show you how to have a control in your ISN that you can use in the online scheduler but will be hidden from your order form.
First, you'll navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Customize Order Form.
Next, click the Controls button for the tab your question is in.

Next, look for the Show in Order Form column. You can turn off your item here - RED means it will not show.
Done. No need to save it, it's automatically updated.
Now that replacement value can be used in your online scheduler but it will not show in your order form when placing orders.
