In the Online Scheduler a setting exists to allow your Clients and Agents to schedule an inspection for the same day. A lot of times this can create trouble and confusion if an unexpected inspection pops up in your day! Luckily we have an easy toggle option to prevent this from happening.
To get to your settings you will go to:
Settings -- Office Settings -- Online Scheduler -- Online Scheduler V3 Settings
Once you have reached the settings page we have a simple toggle under the "Appointment Settings" header:
In the image above this shows a status of "Off" meaning same day scheduling will not be permitted in your Online Scheduler. Clicking that toggle will trigger it to be on or off.
In this image above, it is now toggled "On", displaying the green color, which means same day scheduling will be allowed in your Online Scheduler.
