The task list system allows an office to manage things that need to be completed. 

Under the blue informational bar click on Tasks

To search for an existing task: 

1. By the name of the task
2.By date
3.By whom it's assigned to

To setup a new task: 

Click on Add Task

Fill out the task as needed.

Edit or Delete your task according to your needs.

View all tasks

Please Note: As of the date of this article the system does not currently email or send text message reminders to the assigned party.

Future Features Ability to have the system auto-assign tasks .....
Agreement Signatures (when < 24 hours)
Report Missing (when < 24 hours)
Report Delivery Skipped (when > 24 hours)
