Because of the nature of SMS/MMS messaging, it is not possible to determine if a reply coming in via text from someone is related to a particular order in your ISN.
To address this, we've split the SMS History Window into 2 feeds.
​Order Messages contains a list of any Email Events or Manually Sent Messages that were sent from/for the current order.
​Related Messages shows a list of any messages to/from the people on the order, sent within 2 days of the inspection. In this way we can show any responses that are most likely affiliated with.  If you run into any issues viewing responses, please reach out to support!

Please Note: This step requires that you have the Message History toggled ON in Order View Settings. For help enabling that, click here.

Navigate to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections

Click the blue ‘i’ icon next to the order you want to view messages for.

Locate the Message History window, and you can:

Locate your desired order in your ISN Mobile (likely under This Week or Today, depending on when it’s scheduled to occur)

Click View next the Order you want

Then click on Call / SMS

From here you can quickly tap the number of anyone you’d like to call on the order
