For our clients who utilize ACC as their call center/office and their Cornerstone2 software, the ISN pulls information from CS2 to the inspection grid.
Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections
Then Actions -- View ACC Summary Log (or click the ACC Log icon if you have those enabled)
From there the following page will appear that will provide order history information.
