When a client or agent responds to an SMS message sent to them from the ISN, the ISN automatically sends this response to you in the form of an email.
The ISN allows you designate what email address that you prefer to have these SMS responses sent to, and the information below will direct you on where to update this within your ISN:
Navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- My Office Settings -- Contact Information
From there, scroll down to the Manager Email field to update the email address that all SMS responses will be sent to. As always, don't forget to scroll down and click on Save Changes
