Your ISN will allow you to run a business report that provides inspections by date.

To generate this report, navigate to Reports -- My Reports -- Inspections -- Inspections

Set your appropriate date ranges and filters and hit Show Report

Results are then automatically generated. You can download reports into CSV files or Print.

If you have the new Reports interface enabled, go to the Inspection section and open the report named Inspections:
