This article explains how to update the agent label name in your ISN.

Editing and/or Updating an Agent Label is a very simple process, and the directions below will walk you through the process.

Navigate to Clients/Agents -- Agents -- Agent Labels and from there click on the Edit icon of the Agent Label that is to be edited/updated

The following page will appear that will allow you to edit/update the Agent Label name:
