NOTE
Changing the configuration will not impact previously sent/expired report links. When a report link is sent, it's locked to the settings in place at that time. If you update your settings to have a longer period of time before expiration, you must also send a new report link out.
Navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with Clients and Agents-- Report Options
Understanding the distinction between report archival and link expiration is important. While reports are archived indefinitely within ISN, the links to access these reports have a default expiration period of two years.
The following screen will appear that will allow you to edit the number of days the report is available via the report link
As always, do not forget to click on Save Settings!
