If you have recently updated your ReCallChek password within your ReCallChek software, that password also needs to be updated within your ISN to ensure orders are sent to ReCallChek successfully.
There are two areas in your ISN that store your ReCallChek password, and both areas will need to be updated.
First, navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Working with Other Applications --ReCallChek. Enter your ReCallChek username and password:
After entering your ReCallChek username and password, click on Save Settings, then click on Verify Login:
Second, also under Working with Other Applications, click on ReCallChek App Options:
From there, the following page will appear where you will need to click on the box/setting: Use RecallChek Mobile App Settings:
This will prompt you to enter your ReCallCheck account information. Once that information is saved and verified you are good to go!
