Cancellation of Inspection SMS/TEXT Notification

Now you can send a text notification to Clients, Agents, and Inspectors of an inspection cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: It does require you to own an SMS number (SMS Premium). To purchase your own SMS number check out this article

You can cancel an inspection in two different ways:

1. Go to the inspection Grid (Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections)

At the far right of the inspection row, you will see the Cancel button.

2. The other way is to cancel the inspection from your Order View. First, go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections

Then, search for the order and click on the Information icon (i) at the left side of the order row:

Once you have opened the Order View, search for the Cancel button located at the right side of the Actions button.

Simply, select your preferred method.

Now, check the box or boxes of those parties you want to send the text message to.

Then hit Cancel This Order.
