In the past, ISNs have based the options a client has available to them on Inspection Type when booking an order.

As the number of options increased (Termite, Radon, Sewer Scope, etc.) new Inspection Types had to be added.

These New inspection types would need to encompass not just the new one, but every Combination of it and the existing types also.

As a result of this, some Inspectors can "Outgrow" the Inspection Type based order flow, and needed something more versatile.

For this reason, We created Services.

Services allow Clients multiple options without the hassle of a cluttered user interface comprised of too many Inspection Types.

It's even more streamlined in the Order Form interface as you now have the ability to check the boxes of the Services you would like included, in line with an ever-growing drop-down menu.

After with the use of Services

Square Footage Fees:

Another aspect of Services that is vastly superior to Inspection Type triggers, exists within Square Footage Fees.

With the constantly expanding list of Inspection Types, oftentimes new Square Footage Fees would also need to be created to accommodate them.

Instead, Services allow the consolidation of these into a single subset of rules:

Service Based Fee Structures:

Whereas Inspection Types have a more singular nature when it comes to fees.

Services provide a many-to-one relationship:

This allows for multiple fees and calculators to be applied to your services, in a more compact interface for ease of access.
