Easily find the date and time of your last Google sync under Tools - Sync Google Calendar

From here you can see when the last sync happened, you have the option to "Run Sync" to update all new changes since your last sync or click on "Run full sync" Which will update everything from the last 4 months.

These changes might take some time to update, so after connecting for the first time or running the sync process we recommend you wait 20-30 minutes to see those changes updated on both ends.

This feature will only impact the calendar syncing to ISN and will not reflect information regarding Google Drive backup.
