Ever have this happen? An appointment is created and scheduled in the same day or an inspection is scheduled for the next day AFTER the nightly email notifications have been sent out. We understand that you want to keep your inspector(s) up to date on their schedule, and below we will show you the steps on how to quickly and easily email the inspector’s schedule manually to ensure that no appointments are missed!

Within your ISN, proceed to: Calendar -- Send Inspector Schedule via Email.

On this page, you will notice the multiple options of what schedule to be emailed/sent out. Simply click on the what day's schedule you want to email to your inspector.

A message will appear that confirms the email was sent:

This feature mimics the email notification the inspector(s) receive in their nightly Inspector Schedule Emails. The email notification includes their route sheet and detailed information about the inspection
