The Services are one of the most important settings in ISN, they will be displayed in the Online Scheduler for the clients to select according to their needs. Also, you can create Packages out of them, apply discounts, and more!
Adding the services control to your order form will allow you to select which services are needed on an order, and see which services were added for orders that were placed on your Online Scheduler.
When it comes to the Order Form, the Services Control will be visible by default under the name Additional Services, unless your ISN was set up before the Services were added to the system. If that Tab is currently missing or you would like to personalize the Order Form follow these next steps:
1. Start by adding a new 'tab' or 'section' to our order form. If you already have an additional services tab (or something similar) you want to add this to, skip this step.
Navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Customize Order Form.
Click on add '+Add Section' (this action will basically create the tab in the Order Form)
Next, you'll type in the name. In this case, we are using Additional Services, add a short description and click 'Save.'
2. The next step is to add the Control: Open your previously created section and click the 'Controls' button:
Select the option "+ Add a Control"
In the Control TYPE dropdown menu select 'Services', Name the control and add a Description. We suggest you have the same name on all the fields to keep it simple and avoid any confusion. Once you are done, click 'Add Control':
3. Now that your Services Control is added to your Order Form, you'll want to review your services and make sure only the ones you want are visible on your order form and are configured as such.
Navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Services & Packages.
Once on this page, you'll see a list of your services.
To the far right, you'll see which services are visible on your order form (OF), online scheduler (OS), or both.
To change where the service shows, click the pencil icon to edit the service.
Make your selection here and SAVE!
