First, select Show Escrow Officers and Escrow Offices in the Main Menu at Settings -- Office Settings -- My Office Settings -- Escrow Settings.
Next, at Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Customize Order Form, take these steps to add the Escrow controls to your order form.
In the Customize Order Form interface, select Add Section.
Once you have the new section added, select any of the Controls options for that section to add the escrow controls.
Then use the Add a Control button to add the Escrow Officer, and Escrow Fields controls naming them appropriately.
With these controls in place you are able to enter Escrow information into your inspection orders, and begin utilizing the escrow reporting features of ISN.
