To remove the feature that sends you an SMS and an email when a report is viewed first click on Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- Report Emailing Options.
Next, remove your SMS number and/or your email address here:
Make sure to hit Save Settings after you're done making changes!
