This article will guide you on how to connect your ISN with Home Inspector Pro (HIP), how to export your client's information into HIP, and how to upload your report into ISN.

To connect HIP for the first time, you'll need your ISN company key, user name, and password. (Click here for info on finding your Company Key)

Now you are ready to import your new jobs.
**Before you import it is helpful to have the template you will be using open in your Home Inspector Pro.

To import your new inspections into HIP go to Internet -- Import Data from ISN

When you are done with your report, get ready to upload it into ISN.

From HIP go to Upload Report -- Upload PDF Report to the client via ISN

You will see a progress upload bar, wait until it's 100% complete - Report Uploaded successfully to ISN!

Your report will then be stored in ISN and an automatic email will deliver the report to your client. To find your report in ISN go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections -- click the i icon -- then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page under Inspection Reports.
