Go to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Fees

Once on your fees page, you'll see a button for "Deleted Fees." Click on that.

Here you will see a list of your deleted fees. You can click on the red "Restore Fee" button to restore that fee and make it active again
