Set Availability for Online Scheduler and Real Estate Dashboard

This article will walk you through how to set the availability for the Online Scheduler and the Real Estate Dashboard (RED)

To get here, navigate to Calendar -- My Online Schedule.

The first step is to select which user you want to configure by clicking the drop-down arrow and selecting the inspector.

You will see a list of availability blocks that the inspector can work, organized by day of week. You can click "Add Time Slot" to make additional entries.

Next, if you scroll down, you have the 'Schedule' area. This is where you can see this month and next month's calendar.

Green = has availability

Blue = completely booked

Gray = no availability setup for this day of the week

You can click on any day on this calendar, it will show additional details from this day below the calendar.

Finally, at the bottom of the page, you have some Settings.

"Filter the inspectors on the order form by mileage to the subject property and postal code restrictions" -- this allows you to configure distance or time restriction between inspections.

"Display a list of suggested appointments in the ISN order form's date-time control" -- this will toggle a widget in your order form to show available appointments pictured here.

Once you have finished, the inspectors' availability will be visible in the Online Scheduler and the Real Estate Dashboard.
