Navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Fees:
On this page you can edit your fee name or description by clicking the pencil icon, adjust the calculators that are used in that fee with the chekboxes, modify the default value, or edit taxes.
You can also adjust the order in which fees show up on this page by clicking and dragging the Hamburger Icon that looks like three stacked horizontal lines for each fee. (Note: this only goes into place for new orders. Orders that already exist will show the old order.)
In the new Fee settings interface, this process works differently:
On the right side above the Fees list, you will see the Arrange Fees option, click on it:
Now you can drag and drop in the desired order:
