After attaching a file to an order within ISN, you can then email it as needed.

Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections:

For the order you want to send an attachment from Actions -- Attachments or click the attachments icon if you have those enabled.
There should be an envelope icon. Click on the envelope!
After clicking the envelope, the email options will appear. Fill out the options to your preferences and choose the method of sending the email. We highly recommend emailing an attachments as a link.
Once the email method has been clicked, the email has been sent and the process is complete!
