The order form now utilizes a pop-up feature when creating a new order on the Client's and Buyer Agent's tabs that indicate whether a client or agent is already in the system.
When multiple client and or agent records are detected in the system, a window appears notifying the user that there is a match or multiple matches stating "This client/agent may already exist!" to the information that has been entered. It then provides the option to click the "Use Agent" or "Use Client" button or you can click the "Hide" button that allows you to proceed with your information entry.

The Client/Agent notification pop-up feature is beneficial as it uses contact information and qualifies in real-time to assist in preventing duplicate records for clients or agents.
